These Men's Cedar Shoe Trees come in 5 sizes: Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large.
(Small) : recommended for sizes 6W-8M
(Medium) : recommended for sizes 8W-10M
(Large) : recommended for sizes 10W-12M
(X-Large) : recommended for sizes 12W-14M
(XX-Large) : recommended for sizes 13W-15M
(Small) : recommended for sizes 6W-8M
(Medium) : recommended for sizes 8W-10M
(Large) : recommended for sizes 10W-12M

Directions for use:
1. Use a shoe horn to save the backs of your shoes, maintaining their body and shape
2. Alternate two or more pairs of shoes. Giving each pair at least one day of rest means longer wear and healthier feet
3. Water and excessive heat are harmful to shoes. If your shoes get wet, insert SAS Cedar Shoe Trees and let them dry at room temperature. Keep them away from ovens, microwaves, fireplaces, dryers, and direct sunlight
