xAs a follow-up to its November debut, the Air Jordan 1 Low Crater has now surfaced in a new colorway, adding to the expansive NIKE repertoire of sneakers. As brands across the globe continue to emphasize the importance of sustainability, Nike is continuing its efforts with the “Crater” line by utilizing materials that come from recycled scraps. The base layer of the shoe is constructed with a mix of the Nike Regrind and Crater Foam materials. The upper utilizes a recycled grey twill upper and features black suede overlays which are combined with grind rubber Swooshes. Similar to the debut shoe, exposed blue stitches in a zig-zag pattern appear on top of the Swoosh as additional detailing all the way from the midsole to the heel. The inside of the shoe is highlighted by an electric blue. A white speckled midsole, as well as the Nike Grind rubber outsole, rounds out the design.
